Extended Support for Informatica Products Support for PowerCenter 8.x, PowerExchange 8.x, and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) 8.6.2 will end on December 31, 2011. It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
Extended support is available for these products. Customers who have Mission Critical support will receive the first 12 months of extended support as part of their support offering. Customers with Standard or Enterprise support can purchase extended support for an additional fee.
Please note that once a product enters the extended support period, Informatica will provide support on production issues only. It is assumed that all development is switched to a currently supported version.
IDQ 8.6.2
Customers who have active Address Validation subscriptions for IDQ 8.6.2 will continue to receive updated address validation files for a period of maximum 12 months (December 31, 2012) at a reduced frequency.
End of Life Announcement for MDM XU SP2
Support for Master Data Management (MDM) XU SP2, XU SP2 Patch A, and XU SP2 Patch B will end in March 2012.
